Direct from our factory in North London our highly skilled and experienced workforce can manufacture a complete range of bespoke or standard size items as per your exact specifications.
No job is too large or small, whether it be a one off or multiple requirement and we take great care in providing a fast and efficient service to both our commercial and domestic customers.
We are also able to offer a chargeable call out service in the London, Home Counties & Thames Valley areas should your job need templating or measuring by ourselves.
We offer a fast turnaround on all jobs and a competitive price!
WHO WE SUPPLY
Our Customers range from companies in the Catering and Leisure sector including Large multi unit companies, hotels, restaurants, builders, shopfitters, snack bars and cafes as well as in the domestic markets kitchen design companies, builders, architects, landscape gardeners, interior designers and direct to the residential customer too.
OUR TERMS OF TRADE
To help us keep our prices as low as possible all our jobs are done on a Pro-forma basis with payment made by either Cheque, BACS or Credit / Debit card via Paypal*. All delivery times quoted are from when your order is taken with cleared funds.
* Please note that due to the costs incurred via Paypal we have to charge a 3% surcharge for this payment method. We always recommend that you use the new BACS Faster Payment Scheme via your bank which is free to use and also speeds up your order in our order chain.

DELIVERY
Most of our work is delivered by our own vans and driven by our team of friendly drivers who are trained to also help you with any onsite problems or enquiries you may have. Our helpful delivery team both on our vans and at our factory are tasked with making sure you get your items on time and in the same excellent condition that it leaves our factory. We always provide an approximate production delivery time with our quotations and then liase with you when your order is due for delivery and arrange a suitable delivery time.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that as the majority of our work is specially fabricated to our customers own specifications, that once an item has been ordered and is in our production run we are unable to accept any cancelation request or consider given any refund of monies paid.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
